Do I need to register before placing an order?
You can place an order without registering, but for easier order tracking and faster checkout we recommend creating an account.
How do I register?
Go to the My Account page or click the Account icon at the top right of calevix.com. Then enter your email and create a password as required.
What if I forget my login password?
If you forget your password, click the “Forgot your password?” link on the Login page and enter your email. You will receive a password reset email.
What if I cannot log in to my account?
Please double-check your email and password, and make sure your browser accepts cookies. If you still can’t access your account, contact us and we’ll help you resolve it.

How do I choose sizes or variations?
Please review the size information on each product page. We list measurements, materials, and recommended pot sizes for stands, as well as dimensions and capacities for vases. Because styles vary, use the detailed measurements and photos to select the best fit for your space.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 working days after purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Average delivery time is about 7–15 working days after dispatch.

ORDERS

How do I cancel an order?
We can cancel orders within the first 24 hours after the order is placed or any time before shipment. After an order has been processed for shipping or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ship orders promptly.
What is my tracking number?
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from calevix.com with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
